Job Role: QA Engineer (Manual)

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Skills: Manual, mobile app testing

Role and responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience working exclusively within a QA role including some experience working within an agile development environment.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Experience into Mobile Testing.
• Review and analyse system specifications.
• Analysing the requirements from clients.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases and analyse results.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required skills:

• 2+ years of experience working exclusively within a QA role including some experience working within an agile development environment.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Experience into Mobile Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Testing Life Cycle.
• Experience with Test Scenario/Test Case writing techniques and bug documentation skill.
• Knowledge of Bug tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira, Rally, version, etc.
• Good experience in API and Database testing.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• ISTQB certification will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
