Online Food Ordering
Customer and delivery apps with live order tracking, and a web portal for outlets and headquarters.
A food order is a promise with a clock on it. Customers want to know where it is.
The situation
A restaurant brand wanted to build its own identity, offer better deals to customers, track the live status of every order, build transparency and loyalty, and scale to more locations without losing control of operations.
What we built
Mobile apps for customers and delivery staff to place an order and track it live, and a web portal for restaurant and take-away outlets, customer care and headquarters. Each group sees the same order from its own point of view.
Owning the ordering channel matters more than it looks. It gives the brand its own customer relationship and its own data, instead of a share of someone else's.
What changed
The brand has self-branded ordering, better deals for customers, live order status, transparency and loyalty, and operations that can scale across locations.
