Customer and Partner Portals
Secure corporate portals that give customers and partners product information and a route to the organization.
A corporate website is a lead generation system that most organizations forget to measure. We build them to be found, to be believed and to be acted on.
The situation
Organizations needed to capture quality leads, nurture the right prospects and grow profitably over the long term. They also needed to keep unauthorized users away from their data, choose the right technology and partners, and secure their back-end services against malicious attacks.
What we built
Secure portals that give customers easy access to product information and data sheets, with password-protected areas for what should not be public. The portals take a customer-centric approach, respond around the clock and support the organization's marketing and advertising work.
Where a company sells through partners and vendors, the same pattern extends to vendor portals and asset management, with suppliers able to see their own orders, payments and assets.
Our view
The most common weakness is not security or design. It is that nobody owns the portal after launch. We recommend, and where asked provide, a support arrangement so that product information stays current.
