A forged certificate costs its holder nothing and the institution everything. We built verification so that the person who needs to check a document can do it in seconds.

The situation

Organizations struggle to stop the counterfeiting of confidential documents, the falsification of legal documents and the forgery of digital signatures. They must keep confidential records and reports in physical form, check paper security, and validate documents quickly for the people who ask. Verification is usually a slow call or an email to the issuer.

What we built

A secure cloud platform for storing, sharing and verifying documents and certificates. Registered e-Gov agencies upload documents from their ERP, HRMS and legacy systems. Each document is saved with a secured, customized template, and a QR code printed on the document lets anyone scan it and check each field against the issuer's record.

The verifier needs no account and no training. They scan, and they see whether the document in their hand matches the one that was issued. Notifications go out by email and mobile.

Why it matters

The platform builds a master list of documents for the issuer, cuts maintenance cost, adds an anti-counterfeiting check and creates a revenue opportunity for government. The real change is quieter. Trust in a document no longer rests on the quality of the paper.
