Learning Portals and Custom Content
A learning portal that assigns, delivers and assesses courses, supported by custom digital content.
Courses are assigned. Learners are expected to take them. The distance between those two sentences is where most learning programmes lose their audience.
The situation
Organizations struggled to assign learners to the right courses, to keep them engaged, to manage assessments, to keep learner data safe and to produce reports on time. Assessments at the end of each course were handled separately from the course itself.
What we built
A learning portal that lets learners find and open their assigned courses at any hour and on any device. Assessments run at the end of each course, learner performance is tracked and reports are generated from the same data. Learner information is secured, and the platform scales with the number of learners.
We pair the platform with custom digital content, because a portal is only a container. Courseware, scenario-based modules and assessments are developed to the institution's own curriculum for K-12 and for higher education.
What changed
Learners set their own pace, which is the single most requested feature in any learning programme. Training teams stopped chasing completions by email, and delivery of lessons became quicker and less expensive.
